Let your anti diet message cut through!

Diet culture is everywhere. You know this.

I can help cut through the noise with written content creation that:

  • shares your important message
  • gets found by search engines and your ideal client
  • inspires future clients to work with you

Or if you’re a killer copywriter but need a fellow Non Diet brain to talk through content marketing strategy ideas, join a coaching call.

Why anti diet content marketing is important

Our anti diet voices need to be heard now more than ever.

A focus on content marketing can help with that.

But there’s a bit of a process involved.

a) First your content needs to be found by Google.

b) Then it needs to be found by your ideal client.

c) Then that content needs to show your ideal client you can solve their problem and inspire them to work with you.

If you need me to create content that will get you from a) to c), let’s chat.

Or if you’re a DIY kinda person, I can help refine your existing strategies and make sure you’re going from a) to c) as smoothy as possible.

I’m totally on your side and look forward to connecting.

I am a HAES-aligned dietitian and former journalist with a 15+ year career in marketing and communications.

Basically, a food loving, social justice seeking, news nerd (with a pinch of sass when required).

I also have privileges of being white, cis, thin and able-bodied.

My anti diet work started during my dietetics studies (2015-2019) where I had opportunities to create online content for Non Diet Dietitians in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

Now as a dietitian, my meaningful contribution towards bringing down diet culture is continuing to create anti diet content for health professionals.

If you need someone who understands what gets you out of bed each morning, then I’m your gal to get your message out there.

I respectfully acknowledge the Gubbi Gubbi people as the Traditional Owners of the land on which I work, learn and live, and pay respect to their Elders, past, present and emerging.
